Demo Men Review!
Well, it's zombies. And zombies sell. Bowling on the other hand is sort of a niche market for video games.
Anyway, load it up, check it out.
Yup. It's zombies and bowling.
A short and ridiculous explanation (even for a zombie title), and you're lobbing bowling balls at the undead.
The graphics are cute and silly for the most part. And the zombie designs are unique, which is appreciated considering how over saturated the zombie genre is these days. However there really, desperately needs more varied background and alleys. Maybe you get more out of the full game, but I can't be bothered.
The power-ups are a little bullshit-y. I spent the second half of each set getting strike after strike no matter what the computer dropped on me, and continuously shut down every shot the computer took. No balance if you can figure out each power-up.
But as far as the game goes, it's nothing more than it claims to be. Bowling for zombies. It's a fun time waster, but I probably wouldn't spend more than $5 on it.
For an even better time waster with the undead, Plants vs Zombies is a winner.
